AMA Red-Carpet Looks

Hi folks! As I've told at my last post, I'm coming to show you a bit of the AMA red-carpet looks tonight! So, let's see who gave your best in styling! In my opinion, The bests were form Zuhair Murad dresses as usual (I love his creations!) and Emanuel Ungaro! I think that it had an inversion on the fact of the age, most of the younger women dressed in a "serious" way like, they were trying to look older than they really are, in a very good way, like, trying to be seriously and give an impression of professionalism like many people do actually in the day-by-day, and many older women had put something very sexy and someones very provocative, I mean in fact, promiscuous even, like they were trying to look younger than their colleagues at the event, so what do you think? Salada ceaser do Eduardo

Receita foi preparada para a final do Cozinheiros em Ação e leva molho com anchovas

Ingredientes

Salada

• 1 cabeça de alface americana
• 1 maço de rúcula

Molho

• 80g maionese caseira ou comercial
• 80g creme de leite
• 1 gema de ovo cozida
• 1/2 dente de alho picado
• 1/4 cebola pequena picada
• 1 colher sopa azeite oliva
• 1 colher sopa limão
• 2 filés de anchova
• Sal e pimenta (a gosto)

Modo de preparo

1. Bater todos os ingredientes do molho no mixer e misturar na salada na hora de servir.
2. Ceviche de peixe branco com um toque de limão
3. Prato típico peruano impressiona e é fácil de fazer

• 300g de filé de peixe de badejo cortado em cubos
• 100g de manga cortada em cubos pequenos
• 100g de maçã verde cortada em cubos pequenos
• 50g de cebola roxa cortada em cubos pequenos
• 10g de gengibre picado
• 10g de pimenta de cheiro picada
• 4 colheres (sopa) de suco de limão
• 2 colheres (sopa) de azeite
• Sal a gosto
• Salsa picada a gosto

1. Modo de preparo
2. Marine o peixe com o limão, a cebola e sal a gosto por aproximadamente 5 minutos.
3. Acrescente a manga, a maçã verde, o gengibre, a pimenta, o azeite e a salsa. Misture bem.
4. Sirva em seguida acompanhado por torradas.

Mousse de chocolate amargo com morango

Sobremesa mais light é feita com cacau em pó e tem toque de pimenta

Ingredientes

• 75g de chocolate amargo quebrado em pedaços
• 4 colheres (chá) de cacau em pó
• 4 colheres (sopa) de água quente
• 2 ovos inteiros (claras separadas das gemas)
• 1 colher (chá) de pimenta vermelha em pó
• 1 colher (sopa) de açúcar granulado
• 12 morangos frescos cortados

Modo de preparo

• Prepare o banho-maria. 
• Aqueça um tabuleiro com água em fogo médio até começar a ferver e reduza o fogo.
• Em uma panela, adicione os pedaços de chocolate e leve em banho-maria no tabuleiro. 
• Mexa continuamente até que o chocolate derreta.
• Em uma tigela pequena, misture o cacau em pó com 4 colheres de sopa de água quente até que se dissolva. 
• Junte a mistura de cacau ao chocolate derretido e mexa até obter uma textura homogênea. 
• Retire a panela do banho-maria e reserve, deixando esfriar levemente.
• Em outra tigela, bata as gemas e junte com a mistura de chocolate na panela. 
• Leve novamente em banho-maria e mexa até ficar uma mistura cremosa. 
• Retire a panela do banho-maria e adicione a pimenta em pó.
• Em outra tigela, bata as claras em neve até que fiquem firmes e adicione o açúcar. 
• Misture cuidadosamente e incorpore a mistura de chocolate, utilizando uma colher grande de metal. 
• Divida a receita em 6 copos pequenos (tipo shot) e decore com pedaços de morango.

Delicious Recipes - Part two

Hey there! In this post I went right there in the middle east so, I brought to you these two very delicious recipes! Hope you like it!

Baba Ghanoush -

Ingredients - 

1 eggplant


1/4 cup lemon juice


1/4 cup tahini


2 tablespoons sesame seeds


2 cloves garlic, minced


salt and pepper to taste

How to:

1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). 

Lightly grease a baking sheet.

Place eggplant on baking sheet, and make holes in the skin with a fork. Roast it for 30 to 40 minutes, turning occasionally, or until soft. Remove from oven, and place into a large bowl of cold water. Remove from water, and peel skin off.

Place eggplant, lemon juice, tahini, sesame seeds, and garlic in an electric blender, and puree. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer eggplant mixture to a medium size mixing bowl, and slowly mix in olive oil. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.

Traditional Hummus

3 cloves garlic, peeled

2 (15 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained

1 cup olive oil

1 cup tahini

3 lemons, juiced

salt to taste

How to:

Place garlic in a food processor and chop thoroughly. Add garbanzo beans and blend into a paste. Pour in 1 cup olive oil, tahini, lemon juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Place hummus in a bowl and top with 1/4 cup olive oil.
